This is a 60-minute distant Reiki session.
From the comfort of your own home, you can receive the calming and restorative benefits of Reiki. Because Reiki works with energy — and energy is not limited by time or space — distant sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. When you register, you will receive a Zoom link where we will connect, and I will guide you into your session before beginning Reiki. Afterward, we will discuss anything you would like to share about your experience and we'll discuss next steps that may be beneficial for your healing journey.
